Brittany Genthert is an associate attorney in the Maloney Firm’s Litigation Department.

Brittany previously worked at a boutique appeals firm where she gained experience drafting appellate briefs for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Ninth Circuit.

Brittany graduated from The George Washington University Law School where she was a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and board member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Skills Board. During her time in law school, Brittany was part of the Corporate and Business Law Association and Latino Law Association.

Before law school, Brittany received her bachelor’s degrees in English and Art History at The George Washington University where she graduated summa cum laude and earned an honors distinction for her English thesis. During her time at GW, Brittany worked several marketing internships and studied abroad in Vienna, Austria.

Brittany has backpacked throughout the world and visited over 30 countries. In her free time, she enjoys attending local community events, wine tasting, making art, and staying active.
