Gustavo Silvestre Boldrini
Gustavo Silvestre Boldrini is an associate in the firm’s business litigation group. Prior to joining The Maloney Firm, Gustavo’s practice included defense of national insurance carriers in personal injury actions, insurance fraud investigations, and insurance coverage determinations. He is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including early case strategy and evaluation, discovery, depositions, law and motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation. Originally from Brazil, Gustavo speaks fluent Portuguese and conversational Spanish, allowing him to communicate effectively with clients and witnesses.
As an in-house law clerk, Gustavo worked for a property management company which oversaw hundreds of properties. He handled business disputes, transactional matters, and corporate compliance.
Gustavo graduated from Loyola Law School in downtown Los Angeles in 2020. While at Loyola, Gustavo took advanced courses in torts, negotiations, business planning, and litigation. He also received a Mediation Certificate satisfying the CA Dispute Resolution Programs Act. Prior to law school, Gustavo received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Cal State Fullerton.
Gustavo was an accomplished wrestler in his youth and continues to enjoy Brazilian Ju-Jitsu and mixed martial arts. He also enjoys cooking, traveling with his wife Thalía, and weightlifting.
