Patrick Cleveland
Patrick Cleveland is an experienced civil litigator with a varied legal background including work in product liability, consumer liability, personal injury, medical malpractice, and business disputes. Patrick has represented a wide array of clients, from individuals to Fortune 500 companies. He is a dedicated advocate with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.
Patrick works with his clients to ensure they are in good hands and to help guide them through the stress that comes with lawsuits. His experience allows him to implement creative litigation strategies to achieve his clients’ goals. Patrick has a history of resolving cases through motion practice. Patrick has helped to construct and execute trial strategies and has served as second-chair trial counsel for a case which resulted in a win for his client.
Prior to joining The Maloney Firm, Patrick worked for a reputable defense firm for the automotive industry and for a national defense firm. While earning his Juris Doctor at Brooklyn Law School, Patrick interned at various institutions including the Environmental Protection Agency (E.P.A.) and the New York State Supreme Court. Patrick received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware, where he also was a member of the men’s lightweight crew team.

Patrick enjoys trying new restaurants, attending car shows, spending time outdoors, and working out at the iconic Gold’s Gym in his free time.
