Sharon Choi is a seasoned litigator who represents clients in a wide range of commercial business disputes. Her practice focuses on business torts, including breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, misrepresentation, and contract interference matters. Additionally, Sharon is adept at handling breach of contract, employment, and premises liability matters.

Sharon has comprehensive experience with all stages of the litigation process, beginning with early case evaluation and extending through discovery, depositions, law and motion, alternative dispute resolution, and up to and including trial. She also has experience in provisional remedies, including pre-judgment attachments.

Before joining The Maloney Firm, Sharon worked at a prominent Los Angeles civil litigation defense firm, where she represented clients in the manufacturing, garment, commercial property, retail, construction, and healthcare industries. Her clients included commercial landlords, property owners, big box stores, and medical professionals. In one notable case, Sharon successfully briefed and argued a summary judgment motion in a premises liability case involving a national big box retailer in Los Angeles County.

Sharon earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of California, Irvine, and went on to graduate from the University of San Diego School of Law. At the University of San Diego, Sharon received the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in UCC: Sales and Leases of Goods.

Sharon was born and raised in Los Angeles. Outside of work, you can find Sharon skiing, wine tasting, and listening to live music at the Hollywood Bowl.
